WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MUG?
Mugs are produced within 72 hours and reach their shipping destinations within 5-6 days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can cancel an order within a few hours of purchase by emailing us. Mugs can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
HOW BIG ARE THE MUGS?
Mugs are a standard 11 ounce or a large 15 ounce size.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CUSTOMIZE THE MUGS?
With most of the mugs, the cost to customize is free. If you have an entirely new mug project we can create that with you for a small fee depending on the scope of your project.
WHAT CAN I CUSTOMIZE ABOUT THE MUGS?
You can add a custom message, change a monogram, modify artwork or revise the color palette.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING SERVICES?
Indeed we do! We have teamed up with The Design Craft (www.thedesigncraft.com) and offer gift wrapping services with any of their eco-friendly wrap for a small fee.
